By placing an order with The Jmariah Candle Co. you agree to the following Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Thank you for choosing our small candle business for your home fragrances.
Payment: All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through our secure online payment system or via credit card. Payment must be received before your order can be processed.
Shipping: We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
NOTE: As the holidays approach kindly keep in mind to expect delivery delay, please save important email updates, we are not responsible for any delays once your order is accepted at the local Shipping facility.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are dissatisfied please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition in order to receive credit towards a future purchase. Shipping & handling fees are the customers responsibility.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving items upload photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to either refund your purchase or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Custom Orders: We love creating custom candles for our customers! 🥰If you would like a custom order, please contact us to discuss your needs. Custom orders may require additional processing time and costs.

However, The Jmariah Candle Co. cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur using our products. Always follow the safety instructions provided with your candle and safety measures to prevent an accident or injury.

Refund and Return Policy
At The Jmariah Candle Co., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we are happy to offer a refund or exchanges according to the following policy.
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us @inquiry@jmariahcandle.com within 2 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund if certain requirements are met after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
- We do not offer Exchanges
Returns Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please return in original packaging with unused candle items or products the items need to be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
